No apologies

I'm jumping back in.  No apologies, no excuses.  After being prompted by a friend, and reminded by Little J's grandmothers that they are in fact interested in our little life, I'm recommitted to blogging.

I've got 10 minutes while little guy is eating, so here goes...

We were showered with love, presents, and a diaper cake (thanks, fam and friends!)

The belly in the last post got bigger...

and bigger (this was the last belly shot, 3 days before D-Day)...

and then, the debut!

Little J (I haven't decided yet if I am going to use his actual name on this blog, since it's not private).  And of course, our lives changed forever.  The day he was born was the happiest day of my life, bar none.  I've never been so in love - with both Chris and my new little son.

Okay, that's getting a bit too sappy and sentimental.  Back to the cute photos.

So, we decided to take that bundle of cuteness home.

And Little J slept...

and ate (and slept - we called this the Milky Stupor)...

And like any self-respecting, over-documented first child, had his first official photo shoot within 2 weeks of being alive.

Hmm, this is taking much longer than 10 minutes.  Thanks, Little J, for wiggling and talking to yourself for a little while.  I have much, much more cuteness to catch up on.  So, please comment if you are reading this so I will be motivated to continue the story!

Keep it up! I had already seen most of these pictures and I still find myself scrolling back through them. I love little J! I can't wait to meet him.

Also, I have to say your hair looked SO good in those pictures. You are so pretty.

Your baby boy is so precious. I know you are loving being a mother and wish you guys all the best in your new life as a family.

Keep posting to! I like knowing what happens to my med school friends even after we've all graduated and moved away!
